Case study: settings copy improvement
I led the project to improve the Settings Panel copy in a navigation product. After defining the research approach, conducting user testing, analysing feedback, and iterations, the final outcome not only resolved clarity issues but also established a more consistent and user-friendly tone across the Settings experience.

Building the brand new video streaming service for the biggest content provider in Japan, we deep dove into the market, learnt their pattern and behaviour, and designed the product that suits the Japanese market.

About me
I am a UX/UI designer with a decade of experience creating digital products, with a user focus across the entire design process; I consider user research and usability testing as an essential part of everything I do. I also merge component thinking, design systems, and prototyping fluently to create scalable, adaptable solutions for the business.
I have collaborated with organisations over time, like TomTom, Microsoft, and Trend Micro, to create large products with multiple systems in complex ecosystems. I enjoy taking on challenges as they come and working with cross-functional teams, and making impactful experiences.
